the instalation of the "aircrafts" and the "AFDCs" is the same explained in the original file 1
of aisouthamerica package , i dont think you did have problems with that.
to instal the "flight planes" WITH OUT USING TTOOL:

all you have to do is to place or paste the "trafic_safp.bgl" icluded in this file to the next patch :
C:\Archivos de programa\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\World\scenery
or equivalent
and thats it enjoy the traffic.
note: you wont need the "aircraft030528" "airports030528" "flightplans030528".txt files (included in AI-southamerica_LFPP_FILE_1)
so forget about them.
i really recomend to instal the AFDCs files, if not you wont see the traffic at its best
for example in caracas, venezuela(SVMI) you will see only 5 airplanes with out the AFDCs files
but more than 45 airplanes with the AFDCs files instaled.
